- anudvegakaram — speech that causes no agitation

- svādhyāya-abhyasanam — habitual recitation of scripture
mānasa-tapas (mind · BG 17.16):
- manaḥ-prasāda — serenity of mind
- saumyatvam — gentleness
- mauna — silence (inner stillness)
- ātma-vinigraha — self-restraint
- bhāva-saṁśuddhi — purity of inner-being
BG 17.23 · The Threefold Brahman-Designation (Oṁ Tat Sat)
"OṀ TAT SAT — this threefold designation of Brahman is remembered. By this the brāhmaṇas, the Vedas, and the yajñas were established of old." — BG 17.23
