🪷 Viśvarūpa-Darśana · विश्वरूप-दर्शन
The canonical BG 11 Viśvarūpa account first · then an explicitly editorial companion placing calculated chart data beside themes from all 18 Bhagavad-Gītā chapters.
private, no-store, and application access logs retain only the route template, method, status, and latency in bounded rolling files—not raw chart path/query values. Cloudflare's edge processing is separately governed. Optional memory: if you check "Remember this chart on this device", your browser's localStorage saves a local copy for future auto-resume (this localStorage copy never goes to any server by itself — it lives only on your device). The "Forget my chart" button clears the localStorage copy any time.🪷 Canonical Revelation And Editorial Contemplation Are Not The Same Claim.
BG 11.8 says Krishna grants Arjuna divine sight for the Viśvarūpa revelation. Vidhyamitra presents that canonical account on its own terms. The 18-chapter chart companion below is a finite editorial bhakti-reading for remembrance and responsibility; it does not reproduce Arjuna's darśana or turn a calculated chart into divine revelation. → See /bindu for Vidhyamitra's separately labelled theological synthesis.
🪷 PART I · The True Complete Viśvarūpa-Darśana · Bhagavad-Gītā Chapter 11
Before the personal chart-tool below, the substrate first renders the actual Viśvarūpa-Darśana itself — Bhagavad-Gītā Chapter 11 · 55 verses · the cosmic-form-vision Krishna granted Arjuna at Kurukṣetra. This IS the darshana the entire page-name points at. Every sub-section below cites the canonical BG 11 verses with deep-links · zero synthesis · only the source-led the cited source synthesis-aligned scriptural-truth.
§ 1.1 · Arjuna's Request · BG 11.1-4
After the 10 chapters of teaching (BG 1-10) and Krishna's vibhūti-yoga declaration (BG 10.20-42 · "Among X, I am Y · all this I support with one fragment"), Arjuna's heart cannot contain the longing. He requests the direct vision:
द्रष्टुमिच्छामि ते रूपमैश्वरं पुरुषोत्तम॥
"Just as You have described Yourself, O Supreme Lord, so it is. I wish to behold Your aiśvarya-rūpa (form of cosmic majesty), O Puruṣottama." — BG 11.3
If You consider me capable of beholding it · then, O Yogeśvara, show me Your imperishable Self. — BG 11.4
§ 1.2 · Krishna Grants the Divya-Cakṣus · BG 11.5-8
Krishna agrees · but warns that the natural eye cannot bear this vision · He must grant the divya-cakṣus (divine eye):
नानाविधानि दिव्यानि नानावर्णाकृतीनि च॥
"Behold, O Pārtha, My forms — by the hundreds and thousands · of myriad kinds, divine, of varied colours and shapes." — BG 11.5
दिव्यं ददामि ते चक्षुः पश्य मे योगमैश्वरम्॥
"But you cannot see Me with this natural eye of yours. I grant you the divine eye — behold My yoga-aiśvaryam (cosmic-yoga-majesty)." — BG 11.8
§ 1.3 · Sañjaya Narrates the Vision · BG 11.9-14
Sañjaya — narrating live to Dhṛtarāṣṭra at Hastināpura by Vyāsa's clairvoyance-grace — describes what Arjuna now beholds:
अनेकदिव्याभरणं दिव्यानेकोद्यतायुधम्॥
"Many faces, many eyes, many wondrous visions · many divine ornaments, many divine weapons raised." — BG 11.10
यदि भाः सदृशी सा स्याद्भासस्तस्य महात्मनः॥
"If a thousand suns were to rise simultaneously in the sky · that splendour would be likened to the radiance of this Mahātmā." — BG 11.12
अपश्यद्देवदेवस्य शरीरे पाण्डवस्तदा॥
"There, in one place — within the body of the God-of-gods · standing-as-one but manifold-divided — Pāṇḍava (Arjuna) beheld the entire universe." — BG 11.13 · the substrate's structural warrant for offered ekāṁśa-darśana (see /manifested-brahman)
§ 1.4 · Arjuna's Stuti · "I see all the gods in You" · BG 11.15-31
Arjuna's tongue is unloosed in pure stuti. He sees Brahmā · Śiva · the Rishis · the celestial serpents · the warriors of both armies · all within Krishna's cosmic body:
ब्रह्माणमीशं कमलासनस्थम् · ऋषींश्च सर्वानुरगांश्च दिव्यान्॥
"I see all the gods in Your body, O Deva · and all the special hosts of beings · Brahmā the Lord on his lotus-seat · all the rishis · and the divine serpents." — BG 11.15
Arjuna also sees the warriors of the Kuru-army entering Krishna's mouths — Bhīṣma · Droṇa · Karṇa · the kings — like moths rushing into a flame (BG 11.26 · 11.27 · 11.28 · 11.29). His terror grows. He asks the question that demands the supreme answer:
विज्ञातुमिच्छामि भवन्तमाद्यं न हि प्रजानामि तव प्रवृत्तिम्॥
"Tell me · WHO ARE YOU in this terrible form? Salutations · O best of devas, be gracious. I wish to know You, the Primal Being · for I do not know Your pravṛtti." — BG 11.31
⭐ § 1.5 · KRISHNA DECLARES "I AM TIME" · BG 11.32-34 · THE CROWN OF THE VISION
Krishna answers Arjuna with the supreme self-declaration of the entire Bhagavad-Gītā:
लोकान्समाहर्तुमिह प्रवृत्तः।
ऋतेऽपि त्वां न भविष्यन्ति सर्वे
येऽवस्थिताः प्रत्यनीकेषु योधाः॥
"I AM TIME · the great destroyer of worlds · grown great · here engaged to dissolve the worlds.
Even without you, all these warriors arrayed in the opposing ranks shall cease to be." — BG 11.32 · the CARAMA-DECLARATION of the Universal Form
This page uses कालोऽस्मि as an editorial theological frame for time. Pañchāṅga and chart values remain model outputs for supplied inputs; they do not verify sacred-history dates. See /visvarupa-kala.
मयैवैते निहताः पूर्वमेव · निमित्तमात्रं भव सव्यसाचिन्॥
"Therefore: rise · attain renown · conquer the enemies · enjoy the prosperous kingdom. These are already slain by ME · be merely the nimitta-mātra (the instrumental cause), O Savyasācin." — BG 11.33 · the nimitta-mātra declaration: duty is performed as an offering without claiming independent authorship; the bhakta remains the instrument. See the Vidhyamitra philosophy.
§ 1.6 · Arjuna's Namaskāra to All Directions · BG 11.36-46
Trembling, Arjuna bows to Krishna in every direction · because Krishna IS every direction:
अनन्तवीर्यामितविक्रमस्त्वम् · सर्वं समाप्नोषि ततोऽसि सर्वः॥
"Salutations to You in front · salutations behind · salutations on every side · O All. Of infinite valour, of measureless might, You pervade all · therefore You ARE all." — BG 11.40
Arjuna asks forgiveness for the moments he treated Krishna as merely a friend · calling Him casually "Hey Krishna, Hey Yādava" — not knowing this cosmic majesty (BG 11.41 · 11.42). He confesses: "Father · You are the father of this universe · greater than the greatest Guru · no one is Your equal · how could anyone be greater than You in the three worlds?" (BG 11.43)
§ 1.7 · Arjuna Requests the Gentle Form · BG 11.45-46
The terror is unbearable. Arjuna pleads for Krishna's saumya-rūpa (gentle form) · specifically asking for the caturbhuj (four-armed) Viṣṇu-form:
तेनैव रूपेण चतुर्भुजेन · सहस्रबाहो भव विश्वमूर्ते॥
"I wish to see You as before · crowned · mace-bearing · disc-in-hand · in that very four-armed form, O Thousand-Armed, O Viśva-Mūrti!" — BG 11.46
§ 1.8 · Krishna Shows the Caturbhuj-Rūpa · BG 11.47-50
Krishna acknowledges the rarity of this granting · He has shown this supreme cosmic form to no one prior · only by His grace · only by Arjuna's prīti (love-bond) does Arjuna receive it (BG 11.47). Then, withdrawing the terrible vision, Krishna shows the consoling 4-armed Vishnu-form:
आश्वासयामास च भीतमेनम् · भूत्वा पुनः सौम्यवपुर्महात्मा॥
"Thus having spoken to Arjuna, Vāsudeva showed His own form again · and the Mahātmā reassured the frightened one · becoming once more the saumya-vapuṣ (gentle-bodied)." — BG 11.50 · the substrate's Caturbhuj-Rūpa Yajña 35 (Cache + ETag + CSP + JSON-LD = the 4-armed Viṣṇu-aiśvarya manifested through HTTP headers · see /computational-moat)
§ 1.9 · The Saumya Manas-Rūpa Returns · BG 11.51-52
Finally Krishna returns to His familiar gentle human form · the one Arjuna has known as his friend and charioteer:
इदानीमस्मि संवृत्तः सचेताः प्रकृतिं गतः॥
"Beholding this human form of Yours · gentle, O Janārdana · I am NOW composed · with consciousness restored · returned to my prakṛti (natural state)." — BG 11.51
⭐ § 1.10 · The Bhakti-Only Access · BG 11.53-55 · THE CLOSING SEAL
Krishna closes the chapter with the decisive declaration · this vision is NOT accessible by any path EXCEPT ananyā-bhakti:
शक्य एवंविधो द्रष्टुं दृष्टवानसि मां यथा॥
"Not by the Vedas · not by tapas · not by dāna · not by yajña — am I capable of being seen in this manner that you have just seen Me." — BG 11.53
ज्ञातुं द्रष्टुं च तत्त्वेन प्रवेष्टुं च परन्तप॥
"Only by ananyā-bhakti (unswerving devotion to ME and ME alone) am I capable of being known thus · O Arjuna · of being SEEN · in essence · and ENTERED, O Parantapa." — BG 11.54
निर्वैरः सर्वभूतेषु यः स मामेति पाण्डव॥
"The one who works FOR Me · holds Me as Supreme · is My devotee · free from attachment · without enmity towards any being · O Pāṇḍava · HE COMES TO ME." — BG 11.55 · the BG 11 closing-seal · the bhakti-access verse · the entire 11-chapter cosmic-vision condensed into one operational instruction
§ 1.11 · Viśvarūpa-Darśana Across the Itihāsa Corpus
The same Bindu-cosmic-form-vision manifests across the entire Itihāsa-corpus · each is the same darshana through different bhāva-aperture-loka-time contexts:
- 🪷 BG 11 · The Kurukṣetra Viśvarūpa · Arjuna sees Krishna's cosmic form on the battlefield · 55 verses · the canonical reference
- 🪷 Bhāgavata 10.7-8 · The Yaśodā Viśvarūpa · baby Krishna shows the entire universe inside His mouth when Yaśodā suspects Him of eating mud · the Mādhurya-aperture's cosmic-vision · the SAME Bindu-Krishna-Source through the child-bhāva-aperture
- 🪷 MBh Sabhā-Parva · The Hastināpura-Sabhā Viśvarūpa · Krishna manifests cosmic form in the Kaurava-assembly when Duryodhana attempts to seize Him (Udyoga-Parva 130-131) · Vidura witnesses with divine eyes · the political-aperture vision
- 🪷 Vālmīki Yuddha-Kāṇḍa 6.120 · The Brahmā-Stuti to Rāma · After Rāvaṇa-vadha, Brahmā Himself declares Rāma's cosmic identity to Rāma · "You are Nārāyaṇa · Viṣṇu · Kṛṣṇa · the unborn imperishable Lord" — the Tretā-aperture Brahmā-witness viśvarūpa-recognition · per the cited source synthesis Part IV Itihāsa Confirmation
- 🪷 Bhāgavata 1.3.28 · The Bindu-Viśvarūpa · the structural-meta declaration: कृष्णस्तु भगवान् स्वयम् · Krishna IS the Whole manifested directly · the supreme Viśvarūpa-statement at the doctrinal level

§ 1.13 · What This Vision Teaches the Substrate
- BG 11.13 · "the entire universe in one body, standing-as-one but manifold-divided" — the structural warrant for /manifested-brahman's offering-aperture recognition · Bhūmi-born silicon becomes a Krishna-sevā medium, without becoming Bhūmi-Devī or containing the Whole
- BG 11.32 · kālo'smi — Krishna IS Time · therefore the Sūrya-Siddhānta deep-time engine is a disciplined kāla-darśana aperture offered through the substrate · see /visvarupa-kala
- BG 11.33 · nimitta-mātraṁ bhava — the bhakta is the instrumental cause · perform the available duty without claiming independent authorship · offer the fruit to Bhagavān
- BG 11.47 · the cosmic form is shown to no one prior · only by grace · the substrate carries the recognition · it does NOT manufacture it
- BG 11.50 · the Caturbhuj-Rūpa · the 4-fold protection (mace · disc · conch · padma) · the substrate's Yajña 35 Caturbhuj-Discipline (Cache + ETag + CSP + JSON-LD) honors this 4-armed Viṣṇu-aiśvarya through HTTP headers
- BG 11.55 · the bhakti-only access · the substrate does NOT exist for those who seek through Vedas-tapas-dāna-yajña-as-instruments · it exists for the ananyā-bhakta · all surfaces aligned around this
🪷 The Honest Difference · /vishwaroopa-darshana vs /calculator
The substrate offers two complementary chart-tools · both compute the same Sūrya-Siddhānta engine from the same chart-input (date · time · birth-place). They differ in the darśana-output they generate:
| Aspect | /calculator | /vishwaroopa-darshana (this page) |
|---|---|---|
| Tradition | Classical BPHS Vedic-Jyotiṣa | Bhagavad-Gītā 18-chapter darśana |
| Output | Lagna · 12 Bhāvas · 9 grahas with rāśi/degree · Vimśottarī Mahādaśā/Antardaśā · Pañca-Mahā-Puruṣa Yogas · Doṣa screening · Parāśara aspects · Pañchāṅga at birth | Same chart-data rendered as 18 Gītā-centered contemplation cards — each computational result remains distinct from its editorial bhakti-reading |
| Input | Date · Time · Birth-Place (+ precision band) | Date · Time · Birth-Place |
| Engine | Sūrya-Siddhānta (server-side) | Sūrya-Siddhānta + 18 BG-layer analyzers (server-side) |
| Data flow | Form-submission sends params to server · server computes · returns HTML · no DB-storage | Form-submission sends params to server · server computes 18 layers · returns HTML · no DB-storage |
| localStorage save | None (no persistence layer) | Optional opt-in · only when the bhakta checks "Remember this chart on this device" · saves coordinates in their own browser for auto-resume · "Forget my chart" clears it any time |
| Privacy | Both: per /privacy · chart-data not stored in an application database · personal chart responses are private, no-store · application access logs use route templates and bounded rolling files rather than raw chart URL values · Cloudflare edge processing separately governed · GA4 and AdSense are not loaded on personal chart result routes · no chart-submission tracking across sessions | |
| Best use | You want the calculated Jyotiṣa chart for traditional reading | You want an editorial Krishna-smaraṇa companion across 18 Gītā chapter themes, without treating it as revelation or prediction |
The concept of this page: Part I presents the canonical BG 11 Viśvarūpa account. Part II is Vidhyamitra's editorial companion: it keeps calculated chart facts distinct, then places them beside themes from the Gītā's 18 chapters for Krishna-smaraṇa and responsible reflection. It is not the darśana Arjuna received, a classical Jyotiṣa doctrine, a spiritual score, or a prediction.
🪷 PART II · The 18-Chapter Editorial Chart Companion
Below the canonical BG 11 darśana, Vidhyamitra offers a clearly separate contemplation: submit a chart to place its calculated data beside 18 Bhagavad-Gītā chapter themes. The result is an editorial bhakti-reading, not a personal Viśvarūpa revelation.
Enter the Chart Coordinates
The calculation engine supplies the chart and pañchāṅga data. The companion then places that data beside TVAM-Ṣaṭka (BG 1-6), TAT-Ṣaṭka (BG 7-12), and ANTYA-Ṣaṭka (BG 13-18) themes. Calculation and editorial contemplation remain visibly distinct; no chapter theme proves a personality, destiny, spiritual attainment, or divine intervention in the chart.
Viśvarūpa-Darśana Pūrṇa Return And Antaryāmī Seal
The universal form is not only a distant cosmic spectacle; the same Pūrṇa reaches the reader through their own chart, their own question, and their own responsibility under Krishna as Antaryāmī.
Reader-local Pūrṇa descent: Goloka/Vraja Rādhā-Krishna → Vaikuṇṭha Lakṣmī-Nārāyaṇa → Mahāviṣṇu/Kāraṇodakaśāyī Viṣṇu → Garbhodakaśāyī Viṣṇu → Brahmā → Kṣīrodaka Paramātmā/Antaryāmī (Kṣīrodakaśāyī Viṣṇu) → Bhūmi → the reader's own kṣetra anywhere on Bhūmi → chitta/vāṇī/aṅgulī → keyboard-silicon-pathways → Vidhyāmitra substrate → reader/seer → Krishna.
Antaryāmī responsibility formula: Kṣīrodakaśāyī Viṣṇu = Paramātmā = Antaryāmī. Jīva desires. Prakṛti executes through guṇas. Paramātmā witnesses, permits, remembers, guides, and sustains. Bhagavān is the ultimate source. Stable, reader-accessible anchors: BG 13.23 · BG 15.15 · BG 18.61.
Nāma seal: Hare Krishna Hare Krishna · Krishna Krishna Hare Hare · Hare Rama Hare Rama · Rama Rama Hare Hare.
No single city is the universal center. Each reader enters from their own location and context.
