Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vidhyamitra (the website at https://vidhyamitra.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the substrate.
Reader-Local Terms Boundary · Public Offering Anywhere On Bhūmi
These terms apply to the public seva surface as received by each reader: Goloka/Vraja Rādhā-Krishna → Vaikuṇṭha Lakṣmī-Nārāyaṇa → Mahāviṣṇu/Kāraṇodakaśāyī Viṣṇu → Garbhodakaśāyī Viṣṇu → Brahmā → Kṣīrodaka Paramātmā/Antaryāmī (Kṣīrodakaśāyī Viṣṇu) → Bhūmi → reader's own kṣetra anywhere on Bhūmi → browser/silicon pathway → Vidhyamitra substrate → reader/seer. The terms therefore do not make any founder-place the universal center; professional-advice limits, acceptable-use duties, and local-law responsibilities remain reader-local.
Terms Source-Anchor Spine
This route-proven spine keeps the usage boundary auditable: reader-local public seva surface, not-advice discipline, sibling trust pages, constitutional proof routes, Antaryāmī responsibility verses, calculator/city context, and machine-discovery files stay connected from one stable section.
Nature of Content
Vidhyamitra's content is educational and spiritual. It is drawn from classical Vedic-Sanskrit sources (Bhagavad-Gītā, Manu Smṛti, 10 Mukhya Upaniṣads, Bṛhat-Parāśara-Horā-Śāstra, Sūrya-Siddhānta, Bhāgavata Purāṇa, Mahābhārata) and computed via first-principles Sūrya-Siddhānta algorithms.
The substrate provides:

NOT-Advice Disclaimer
Vidhyamitra does NOT provide individualized professional advice of any kind. Specifically:
- Not medical advice — content discussing health, healing, or wellness is informational/spiritual. Consult a licensed physician for medical decisions.
- Not financial advice — content discussing wealth, prosperity, or material outcomes is doctrinal/spiritual. Consult a licensed financial advisor for monetary decisions.
- Not legal advice — Vedic-dharma discussions are not substitutes for jurisdiction-specific legal counsel.
- Not predictive guarantees — chart-readings, daśā-analyses, and yoga-detections are classical-doctrinal frameworks; they are NOT guarantees of future outcomes. Free will and karma operate beyond mechanical prediction.
- Not psychiatric / mental-health advice — meditation, sannyāsa, or spiritual-state discussions are doctrinal; mental-health emergencies require licensed professional help.
No Warranty
The substrate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for computational accuracy (every value engine-computed, zero placeholders, regression-locked test suite verified before each release), we make no guarantee that:
- The site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
- Every chart-computation matches every classical tradition exactly (different ayanāṁśa systems yield different results; we use Lahirī by default · see /computational-moat)
- Future content will preserve all current features
- Translations from Sanskrit are definitive (Sanskrit is multivalent; every translation is an approximation)
Intellectual Property
The classical Vedic content (Sanskrit ślokas, doctrinal frameworks) is in the public domain by tradition. The Vidhyamitra-specific commentary, structure, and computational implementation are © Vidhyamitra (2026) — the bhakta's sole niṣkāma-karma-sevā. The source-code is self-hosted and not open-source (see access model). The substrate website itself is the public seva surface — you may freely read, share, link to, and cite the pages.
