The Krishna-Declaration

Krishna IS Sattva (purity). Within the domain of Of the sattva, Krishna identifies Himself specifically as सत्त्वम्. This is not metaphor. This is Krishna's own statement in BG BG 10.36 — His self-identification with the most-excellent member of this domain.

The principle: "Whatever has excellence, splendor, or vigor — KNOW it as a fragment of My splendor" (BG 10.41). When you recognize Sattva (purity), you are recognizing Krishna.
