🪷 Krishna-Declaration · How this tithi IS Krishna

The 15-tithi Sun-Moon angular cycle is Krishna's lunar darśana · each tithi is one of the 15 cosmic doors through which the soul descends or ascends (see Lagna-Tithi-Loka). On Kṛṣṇa Aṣṭamī, the door is open to the loka governed by Śiva / Krishna — and Krishna IS that presiding-deity (BG 9.23: "whoever worships any deity with faith, that faith is My arrangement").

Tithi #23 of 30 · Kṛṣṇa-pakṣa · presiding-deity: Śiva / Krishna

Today (2026-06-03) is Kṛṣṇa Tṛtīyā — not this tithi. Substrate: Vidhyamitra Sūrya-Siddhānta.

🪷 Aṣṭamī · Krishna-Janma tithi

Krishna was BORN on Kṛṣṇa-pakṣa Aṣṭamī of Bhādrapada (Janmāṣṭamī) · so every Aṣṭamī carries a Krishna-resonance. Madhya-rātri (midnight) of Aṣṭamī is when Krishna manifested in Mathurā prison · the supreme avatāra-window.

BG 4.7-8 · "yadā yadā hi dharmasya glānir bhavati bhārata · tadātmānaṁ sṛjāmy aham"
