कभी आपके कामोंसे हम सब और समस्त राक्षसवंश आनन्दित होता था और आज हम सब तथा यह सारी लंका नगरी विधवा हो गयी। आपका वह शरीर, जिसके लिये आपने सब कुछ कर डाला, आज गीधोंका आहार बन रहा है और अपने आत्माको आपने नरकका अधिकारी बना डाला। यह सब आपकी ही नासमझी और कामुकताका फल है॥ २८॥
