अभी उन्होंने ब्रह्मचर्यसे ऋषि-ऋण, यज्ञसे देव-ऋण और पुत्रोत्पत्तिसे पितृ-ऋण नहीं उतारा था। उन्हें अभी कर्मफलकी नश्वरताके सम्बन्धमें भी कुछ विचार नहीं था। परन्तु पापात्मन्! तुमने उनके दोनों लोकोंका सुख चौपट कर दिया॥ ३७॥
