अत्यन्त आनन्दसे भरकर दैत्यराज बलिने भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण और बलरामजीको श्रेष्ठ आसन दिया और जब वे दोनों महापुरुष उसपर विराज गये, तब उन्होंने उनके पाँव पखारकर उनका चरणोदक परिवारसहित अपने सिरपर धारण किया। परीक्षित्! भगवान्के चरणोंका जल ब्रह्मापर्यन्त सारे जगत्को पवित्र कर देता है॥ ३६॥ इसके बाद दैत्यराज बलिने बहुमूल्य वस्त्र, आभूषण, चन्दन, ताम्बूल, दीपक, अमृतके समान भोजन एवं अन्य विविध सामग्रियोंसे उनकी पूजा की और अपने समस्त परिवार, धन तथा शरीर आदिको उनके चरणोंमें समर्पित कर दिया॥ ३७॥ परीक्षित्! दैत्यराज बलि बार-बार भगवान्के चरणकमलोंको अपने वक्ष:स्थल और सिरपर रखने लगे, उनका हृदय प्रेमसे विह्वल हो गया। नेत्रोंसे आनन्दके आँसू बहने लगे। रोम-रोम खिल उठा। अब वे गद्गद स्वरसे भगवान्की स्तुति करने लगे॥ ३८॥
