मेरी गोपियाँ, मेरी प्रेयसियाँ इस समय बड़े ही कष्ट और यत्नसे अपने प्राणोंको किसी प्रकार रख रही हैं। मैंने उनसे कहा था कि ‘मैं आऊँगा।’ वही उनके जीवनका आधार है। उद्धव! और तो क्या कहूँ, मैं ही उनकी आत्मा हूँ। वे नित्य-निरन्तर मुझमें ही तन्मय रहती हैं’॥ ६॥
