दस्यूत्कृष्टा जनपदा वेदा: पाषण्डदूषिता: । राजानश्च प्रजाभक्षा: शिश्न‍ोदरपरा द्विजा: ॥ ३२ ॥

Transliteration

dasyūtkṛṣṭā janapadā vedāḥ pāṣaṇḍa-dūṣitāḥ rājānaś ca prajā-bhakṣāḥ śiśnodara-parā dvijāḥ
