In astrology, the sun is said to be the most important planet. It is seen as the giver of life, and its position in the sky is said to indicate a person’s path in life. However, there are other planets that also play a role in astrology.  

For example, Mercury is said to be the planet of communication and commerce, while Venus is associated with love and beauty. In addition, there are several “luminaries” that are said to be significant in astrology. These include the moon, which is said to represent emotion and intuition; and the planets Jupiter and Saturn, which are associated with expansion and limitation, respectively. As a result, while the sun may be the most important planet in astrology, there are other heavenly bodies that also hold significance.
